Ours being a self financed institute. The student joining for PUC / UG / PG Courses has to pay the complete course fee stipulated by the institute. However the student leaving or discontinuing the same course in the middle, he is bound to pay the entire course fee to the institute. Till the candidate. |

Neither the Principal not the management will be responsible for any frivolous complaints regarding admissions, collections of fees etc., not substantiated by facts. |

In all matters relating to the eligibility for admissions, student discipline, attendance, leave, progress and conduct of the student, the Principal G.K.P.U.C / G.K.I.S.M / G.K.C.E is entrusted with the responsibility to take decisions as per the rules. |

Examinations : Every student admitted to the Institute, shall be required to give an undertaking that he/she will not indulge in any malpractice or unfair means and in violation of the same, he/she be punishable in accordance with the rules and norms laid down by Karnataka Pre-University Board and Bangalore University. |

Every student seeking admission to the GKPUC / GKISM / GKCE should give an undertaking to abide the rules and regulations of the Karnataka Pre-University Board and Bangalore University ordinance, regulating the conduct and responsibilities of students as provided under section 37 of KSU Act, 1976. |

Attendance : Regular attendance is compulsory and continued absence without prior permission will result in the removal of the name from the roll. Attendance to special lecture classes and seminars and practical work, projects are compulsory. 75% is the minimum requirements for students to be eligible for examination. Fine shall be imposed on students who do not have required attendance as per the Karnataka Pre-University Board / Bangalore University norms. Students who have less than 60% of attendance will not be allowed to sit for the examinations. |

Ragging : No Student Shall indulge in any activities such as ragging under the pretext of initiation Ceremonies for new students and indulge in any form intimidation, wrongful confinement of causing physical harm or injury or any kind of annoyance or using abusive language or touch upon communal, religious, linguistic and such other matters, Admission of students who indulge in such activities would be liable to be cancelled besides action being taken according to law. |

Students damaging any property of the institute including assets, laboratory belongings, library books and journals, computer consumables shall have to pay the damages caused to such property, apart from facing disciplinary action. |

If any student suppresses the fact of having undergone SSLC or equivalent/PUC/UG course while studying in this institute with respective course, his name shall be struck off from the rolls immediately after the fact is established after due enquiry. |

Usage of Cell phones/ Pagers shall be strictly prohibited inside the institute campus and classrooms. In case the institute authorities observe the usage of cell phones/ pagers, a fine of rupees 500 will be levied and the student will not be allowed to take up the examinations. |

No student is allowed to leave a lecture hall with out the lecturer's permission. |

Student must produce the identity card/smart card issued whenever it is demanded by the college authority. |

Books periodicals or paper of an objectionable nature should not be brought into the campus. |

The students should not bring any outsider and are forbidden to bring firecrackers inside the college campus. |

Students should not stand or loiter in the corridors during class hours. |

The students should not go to the media without the prior permission of principal. |

Boys and girls are expected to conduct themselves with dignity and maturity in their inter-relationship. They must observe norms of decency and discipline. |
