The eligible candidate should pay the application form fee from the institute office or send demand draft drawn in favour of GK Group of Institutes for Post Graduate courses Rs. 300/- (Rs. 150/- for SC/ST Candidates) for Under Graduate Courses Rs. 150/- (Rs. 100/- for SC/ST candidates) for PUC courses Rs. 100/- Rs.50/- shall be added for postal delivery of the same. |

Karnataka students should submit TC form the School / Institute last attended, Certificate, Eligibility Certificate and Six Passport size Photographs with date of birth proof should be submitted by the students from outside the University of Karnataka State. |

NOC from the Government of India - Ministry of Human Resource, New Delhi, Valid passport with study visa and certificate to the effect weather sponsored under exchange programme of self financing scheme. |

Foreign National students should produce clearance certificate from police commissioner office along with TC form the School / Institute last attended, Marks Card, Migration Certificate, Eligibility Certificate, Visa, Passport and Six Passport size photographs at the time of admission. Apart from this they need to produce medical clearance certificate from authority concerned (stating free from SARS and AIDS). |

Ex-serviceman / Sports / NCC / Physically Handicapped certificate shall be produced wherever applicable.

» Fees : |
| Admission / Tuition fees etc., should be remitted to the Canara Bank / Andhra Bank in Bangalore / ICICI Bank in any part of India either by cash / DD / only in favour of GKPUC / GKISM / GKGE / Ganga kaveri group of Institution. Parents / Students remit the fee at designated ICICI Bank Branches or can use drop boxes, Internet or Phone Banking, Fee can be remitted through cash / Cheque by just filling a pay-in-slip which is provided to the parents by the Educational institution. The bank will consolidate, all the payments received from various channels and credit in to the special savings account of the Institution. It will send a detailed report to the designated officer at the institution to keep a track of the status. |

| Eligibility of the students opting any course in this college shall be governed by the stipulations made by the concerned authorities from time to time. The college takes no responsibility if the candidate does not grant the approval due to furnishing of false information. |
